Michele Conforti

Michele Conforti is the President and Managing Director of Global Customer Engagement at Affinion. Michele has over 25 years of experience in finance and strategic planning.

Conforti began their career at DHL in 1995 as a Financial Controller. In 1999, they joined American Express as CFO of Merchant Service International. Michele later became CFO ICSS South Europe and VP EMEA Strategic Planning. In 2007, they left American Express to join cxLoyalty as EVP, Managing Director & CFO of International.

Conforti has a proven track record in growing and transforming businesses. Under their leadership, cxLoyalty grew from $100 million to $1 billion in annual revenue. Michele has also led numerous successful initiatives to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

Conforti is a graduate of the University of Rome La Sapienza.
