Vincent Hopkins is an experienced CRM and performance manager with a strong background in the automobile and motorcycle dealership industries. Currently serving as CRM & TiV Performance Manager at Affinitiv since August 2016, Vincent leads two CRM systems for over 60 dealers, providing training, consulting, and fostering dealer engagement to drive profitability. Prior to this, Vincent held the position of Higher Gear CRM Regional Client Manager at OneCommand, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and supporting software installations across the U.S. Vincent's career began at DONOHUE, SABO, VARLEY & HUTTNER, LLP as an Administrative Assistant, where organizational practices were enhanced. Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University at Albany and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College.
