Ross Grossman

Ross Grossman is the Owner of Affinity Artists Agency, a Los Angeles-based talent agency representing models and artists in various sectors of the entertainment industry since June 1998. Grossman also operates a private practice, Affinity Therapy Services, specializing in therapeutic services such as cognitive-behavior therapy and hypnotherapy, while previously serving as President of Therapy On Demand and an EAP Consultant at Magellan Health. Additionally, Grossman has extensive experience in clinical social work, having held significant positions at Kaiser Permanente and Children's Bureau, and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a BFA in Film from UCLA.
