Debbie Foster

Debbie’s time is split between working with our clients on strategic projects, leading our team at Affinity to deliver a remarkable client experience while ensuring Affinity is a great place to work, and building relationships with our strategic partners. This is Debbie’s 23rd year with Affinity. Her first project around increasing efficiency and change management came when she computerized the ordering system in a fine dining Italian restaurant in 1994. Her first culture project came from managing a chain of dry cleaning stores in 1996. Prior to those experiences, her triage skills came from spending some time as an emergency medical technician.

Debbie’s superpower is the ability to build relationships with even the most challenging personalities. Working with our team on big strategic goals is her favorite part of her job.

Debbie’s favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with her adult kids. And now that she has a grandbaby, she wants to do it even more. In addition to that, Debbie’s husband owns a gym, and they are both fitness enthusiasts, so they work to build the community around their fitness studio. Debbie loves to read, listen to podcasts and audio books, and spend quality time with friends.
