Junior Client Administrator

Job description

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic junior to join our Administration team.  Previous experienced is not essential but would require the willingness to learn and be part of a busy team.

The role will predominately comprise of:

  • Setting up Client files
  • dealing with client queries and escalating where required
  • liaise with Government agencies such as the Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC), Department of Enterprise, VAT/Customs etc
  • general administration tasks and assisting senior administration staff
  • general client company filing
  • processing payments

The right candidate will must be keen to learn, enjoy being part of a busy team with good overall organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience with Microsoft office would be an advantage.

This position would potentially suit someone looking to start their career or a change in career learning from the start in an organisation that supports both their personal development, confidence and compliance skills’
