Charnell Westerman, CPTD, serves as the Manager of Knowledge Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, overseeing the development of techniques for knowledge organization and access within the organization's Center of Excellence. With a career spanning over two decades, Westerman has held various managerial roles focused on talent management, operational training, and organizational development across several notable companies, including Amedisys and Louisiana State University. Westerman's expertise encompasses leading initiatives to enhance performance and customer experience, governance and compliance, and the strategic oversight of training programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Workforce Training & Development from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
