Fabiola Ramos is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background in leading QA organizations and enhancing product development processes. Currently serving as Manager of QA Automation and Partnerships at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Fabiola previously held the position of Director of Quality at Snagajob, where a unified testing strategy was developed. At ConstructConnect™, Fabiola excelled as Director of Quality Assurance, implementing Lean processes and guiding teams to deliver high-quality products. Earlier roles included Quality Assurance Senior Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at On Center Software, where leadership during a major M&A and development of mobile and desktop applications were highlights. Fabiola holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from Universidad Iberoamericana and various certifications, including Test Manager Certification and Cybersecurity Certification.
