Jennifer Hale

Jennifer Hale has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Jennifer started their career at Verizon Enterprise Solutions in 2003 as a Senior Rate Verification Analyst, where they conducted quality assurance and end user acceptance testing, resulting in significant cost savings. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at U.S. Bank as a Risk Manager, facilitating operational risk workshops and managing data analysis processes. In 2012, they joined Patterson Companies, Inc. as a Business Analyst, gathering and documenting requirements for strategic and tactical projects. Jennifer later transitioned to the role of Project Manager, overseeing the management of small to large projects. Since 2019, Jennifer has been working as an Enterprise Project Manager at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union.

Jennifer Hale earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Coe College, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in December 2018, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2017, and ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in December 2012.
