Julie Cosgrove

Julie Cosgrove is the Chief Talent Officer at Affinity Plus. In this capacity, she oversees the HR functions focusing on the attraction, development, retention and engagement of employees. She also leads the Learning & Development team that provides onboarding, training and education across the organization. In September of 2015, Julie returned to Affinity Plus, having previously worked for the credit union from 2000-2012 and established herself as a leader in a variety of capacities. Julie also serves on the Board of Directors for Callahan & Associates.
