Ryan Engelking began their work experience in 2015 at the University of Minnesota, starting as a Technology Help Specialist and later transitioning to roles such as Desktop Support Professional, Desktop Support Team Lead (interim), Desktop Support Manager (interim), Scrum Master, and IT Business Analyst (interim). In 2022, Ryan joined Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union as an Enterprise Desktop Administrator.
