Sharlene Fye has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sharlene is currently working as an Applications Analyst at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union since February 2019. Prior to this, Sharlene worked at PREPARE/ENRICH where they held various roles including Transition Consultant, Senior Systems Consultant, Operations Manager, Director of Computer Operations, and Chief Information Officer/System Administrator. Sharlene'saccomplishments in these roles include overseeing the transition from a family-run business to a non-profit subsidiary, implementing IT developments for online assessment applications, conducting business analysis and providing user documentation, analyzing customer data for assessment scales, and managing business networks and security. Sharlene possesses a strong background in Agile methodology, cloud services, data analysis, and system administration.

Sharlene Fye, CSPO, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Metro State University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in MIT from Cardinal Stritch University between 2001 and 2003. Sharlene also completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Management at Century College. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance® in February 2022. Additionally, they have several other certifications from different institutions such as Atlassian and LinkedIn, covering various topics including Jira fundamentals, business analysis, software design, and project leadership.
