Pavel Dmitriev

Pavel Dmitriev is an accomplished data science professional currently serving as SVP of Data Science at Affinity Solutions and as an Executive Coach with New Ventures West, where Pavel is pursuing an ICF professional coaching certification. With extensive experience, Pavel held the position of Vice President of Data Science at Outreach, focusing on revenue intelligence platforms, and previously worked as Principal Data Scientist at Microsoft, leading analysis and experimentation initiatives. Pavel's expertise also includes roles at Yahoo! Inc. as Sr. Research Engineer, founder of De-stress.us, and significant contributions to research at IBM and the Russian Academy of Sciences. Pavel earned a PhD in Computer Science from Cornell University and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics & System Programming from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
