Ben Blissett

Ben Blissett began their work experience as a Field Technician/Intranet Developer at Shell Oil Company in 1998. In this role, they performed regular updates and maintenance on over 150 computers in Shell's Northern Michigan branch offices and remote drilling facilities. Ben also developed and maintained a secured WAN-accessible intranet to simplify monitoring and improve printing functionality for drilling and pumping locations.

In 2000, Ben joined Traverse City Area Public Schools as a System/Network Administrator. Ben started as the site technician for nine west side elementary schools before becoming the computer systems administrator for West Senior High School. Ben'sresponsibilities included computer repair and maintenance, server maintenance, user management, backups, and end-user software support.

Finally, in 2005, Ben became the Managing Director/Master IT Ninja at Affinity Technology Group. Ben helped grow the business into a formidable local technology firm before parting ways with one of the partners in January 2008.

Ben Blissett attended Western Michigan University and studied Mechanical Engineering. No further information about their education history is available.
