Chris Williams FCMA, CGMA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Chris is currently working as the Head of Finance FP&A at Affinity Water since December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of CFO and Commercial Advisor at Stickerbook (By Obliquity), an early-stage SaaS start-up, where they led the development of commercial strategy and pricing.

From 2016 to 2020, Chris was the Head of Finance & Commercial at Affinity for Business, a service and sustainability-led business water retailer. Chris played a key role in building the company's open and values-led culture, and was accountable for finance, systems, compliance, business insight, and bids.

Additionally, Chris served as a Non-Executive Director at UK Water Industry Research (UKWIR) from 2016 to 2018, where they implemented enhanced financial governance and reporting. Chris has also held finance-related positions at Veolia Water, Vennsys Ltd, and Veolia Water Outsourcing Ltd.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong financial management skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of implementing successful strategies.

Chris Williams FCMA, CGMA has a Professional Membership from CIMA. In 2021, they completed a program in Innovation Through Design Thinking at London Business School. In 2020, they completed the High Performance Leadership Programme at Henley Business School and obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the London School of Business and Finance LSBF. In 1999, Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Hertfordshire. Chris also holds A levels in Mathematics, French, and Chemistry from Beaumont School, St Albans. Additionally, Chris has obtained certifications in GiANT Coaching Certification from GiANT Worldwide (2021), Data Visualization for Data Analysts from LinkedIn (2018), Coaching for Results from LinkedIn (2018), and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) since 2009.
