Hannah Hosemann

Hannah Hosemann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Hannah is currently the Director of Onboarding and Implementation at Affinity.co since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Business Owner of Element Candles, LLC, a beauty and lifestyle brand, where they successfully developed and operated the company. Hannah'swork at Element Candles received recognition and was featured in publications such as WWD, Martha Stewart Living, and New Beauty.

Hannah has also worked at Blackbaud, where they held various positions over the years. Hannah started as a Customer Support Specialist and Technical Account Manager, providing training and support for Blackbaud's flagship products. Hannah then moved up to become a Customer Support Team Lead, Senior, overseeing a team of support professionals. Later, they became a Customer Support Manager in the Customer Success department, responsible for managing a team supporting multiple verticals and accountable for a portfolio revenue. During their time at Blackbaud, they consistently fostered engaged high-performing teams with strong retention rates.

Before joining Blackbaud, Hannah worked at the City of Charleston as a Farmers Market Coordinator and Finance Assistant.

Hannah Hosemann holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the College of Charleston, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Coastal Carolina University from 2002 to 2003, also studying Fine and Studio Arts. In addition to their academic qualifications, Hannah has acquired additional certifications in areas such as Time Management, Unconscious Bias, and High Performance Habits from LinkedIn, all obtained in December 2020.
