Jennifer Huynh

Jennifer Huynh is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Experience at Affirm since July 2017, leading global initiatives focused on talent branding and programs. Previously, Jennifer held various positions at Affirm, including Senior Manager of People Experience and Manager of People Experience & Talent Brand, where key responsibilities included managing communications, community events, and diversity hiring partnerships. Prior to Affirm, Jennifer worked at Box from November 2010 to July 2017, where notable achievements included revamping the Employee Referral Program and building the University Recruiting program. Jennifer started the career in recruitment at Google as a Recruiting Coordinator in 2009 after earning a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
