Scott B. Astrada

Scott B. Astrada serves as the Director of Public Policy, Government Affairs, and Social Impact at Affirm, Inc., a position held since July 2019, along with being a Board Member of the Affirm Inc. Cares Employee Foundation. Astrada is also the Director of Community and Government Relations and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Previous roles include Director of Federal Advocacy at the Center for Responsible Lending, Economic Policy Advisor for the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee in the U.S. Senate, and an Attorney at the Executive Office of the President during the Obama Administration. Astrada holds various degrees, including a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center and an MBA from Marquette University.
