Ursula Rentfro

Ursula Rentfro has extensive experience in the IT support and banking sectors, currently serving as Manager of IT Support Services at Affirmative Insurance since October 2012. Prior to this role, Ursula held the position of Bank Officer- Technology Help Desk Supervisor at Sterling Bank from March 2005 to April 2012, and worked as a Production Support Analyst at Guaranty Residential Lending from August 2000 to January 2005. Ursula holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2001.
