John Cole

John Cole has a diverse work experience in the fields of healthcare and finance. John co-founded AffirmHealth in 2016 and served as the COO. Prior to that, they were the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Five Talents Financial Group from 2014 to 2017. In 2013, they co-founded Cardiac Solutions, where they developed a utilization management tool in the cardiac care space and conducted market research. Additionally, in 2013, they worked as an MBA Summer Associate at Electronic Funds Source, LLC, where they shadowed the CEO and participated in company valuation and compliance monitoring.

John Cole completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at Vanderbilt University from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they attended Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their MBA degree had a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Additionally, in 2013, they participated in the Guanghua School of Management Summer Exchange Program at Peking University, receiving a Certificate of Completion in Doing Business in China.
