Colleen Hanson

Colleen Hanson has worked in various HR and recruitment roles since 2016. Colleen'smost recent position is as an Affirmative Action Business Consultant at Affirmity | Workforce Compliance & Diversity since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Olympic Steel as a Corporate Recruiting Specialist from December 2020 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Representative at DB Schenker from April 2019 to December 2020. Colleen Hanson received their Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Colleen then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership at the same university, completing it in 2018. Additionally, they obtained the certification of a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in December 2021.
