Vijayeta Kumar

Vijayeta Kumar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at Affle since February 2025, Vijayeta previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at BigCash from June 2023 to November 2024. Prior to that, Vijayeta was the Head of Human Resources India and Director of Human Resources at Axtria - Ingenious Insights from September 2018 to January 2022. Vijayeta's career in human resources began at TCS as an HR Executive, followed by a significant tenure at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, and then as a Senior Manager at Axtria. Vijayeta holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, obtained in January 2004.
