Nicki Mitchell

Nicki Mitchell is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and veterans' benefits, currently serving as a Veterans Benefits Case Specialist at Affleck & Gordon P.C. since May 2024. Previously, Nicki held leadership roles in talent acquisition, including Director of Talent Acquisition at Cox Enterprises and Northeast Georgia Health System, and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Kindred Healthcare, overseeing various divisions. Early in the career, Nicki worked as a Practice Specialist at Egon Zehnder International and held positions at Spencer Stuart and Tyler & Company. Nicki earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in 1992.
