Laetitia Lemaine

Laetitia Lemaine is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the CFO and Technology leader for Alain Afflelou España since March 2019, Laetitia has a robust background in financial management, previously holding pivotal positions such as CFO of Sephora Spain and Head of Finance Controlling for North Europe. Prior to this, Laetitia gained significant expertise at Esprit where roles included Head of Finance & Operations for France/Iberia and Financial Controller. Laetitia's career began at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Laboratoires Darphin as a Financial Analyst and Junior Controller, respectively. Laetitia holds a degree from NEOMA Business School, completed in 2002.
