Claudia Pontrelli

Claudia Pontrelli has been working in the corporate world since 2014. Claudia started their career as a translator of Italian scientific documents into French for the Geoportale Nazionale del Ministero dell’ambiente e della tutela del territorio e del mare (Italy). In 2017, they joined DWYT Watch as a Business Trainee & Translator, where they were responsible for translation of the website and other medias into English and Italian, international sales prospecting, and organization of an event. In 2018, they became a Sales Consultant at Printemps. The following year, they were hired as a Product Manager at Carnovo. Currently, they are working as Communication & Customer Relationship Manager - Italy at Affluences, where their duties include customer relations and customer success management, content creation for social media, management of blog pages and communication on diversified medias for clients, PR for the Italian and UK market, content translation, SEO, and organization and participation to conferences and webinars.

Claudia Pontrelli has an extensive education history. Claudia obtained a Baccalauréat in Economique et Social from Lycée de l'Edit, Roussillon (38150), France in 2011-2014. Claudia then attended Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2014-2017, where they received a Licence/Bachelor in Applied Foreign Languages (LEA) to the Business World. In 2016-2017, they participated in an Exchange Program at the University of Waterloo, where they studied International Business, Communication, Languages, and Marketing. Claudia also obtained a Master's degree in International Business - Trade | Applied Languages from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 2017-2019, and a Master's degree in Foreign Languages for International Communication and Cooperation from Università degli Studi di Bergamo in 2018.
