Katherine Kirkwood is an experienced Senior Organisational Development Consultant currently working at the Australian Foundation For Disability (Afford) since July 2022. Previously, Katherine held positions at Windermere Child and Family Services, where responsibilities included leading learning functions and managing organisational development projects from November 2019 to July 2022. Katherine also served as Design and Development Manager and Learning and Development Consultant at Calvary Health Care from August 2016 to November 2019, overseeing various instructional design and program implementation initiatives. Additional roles include Learning and Development Coordinator at SMS Management & Technology and Credo Group, as well as Property & Tenancy Administrator at Hanover Welfare Services. Katherine began their career as an Electorate Officer for the Parliament of Victoria. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Deakin University and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Selmar Institute of Education. Currently, Katherine is pursuing further education at BSI Learning.
