Manish Sharma

Manish Sharma has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Manish is currently serving as the Director of Finance at the Australian Foundation For Disability (Afford) since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Financial Controller at Ability Options from August 2016 to February 2022. Manish also held the position of Group Finance Manager at St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney for a brief period in 2016. Manish has also worked as a Finance Manager at Ochre Health Medical Centres from September 2015 to March 2016 and as a Financial Consultant at Suncorp Group from June 2015 to September 2015. Manish gained extensive experience as a Group Financial Controller at Mission Australia from July 2011 to June 2015 and as a Finance Business Partner to Mission Australia Housing CEO from February 2013 to February 2015. Manish also served as a Senior Financial Accountant at Mission Australia from January 2010 to June 2011. Manish started their career at KPMG Australia as a Graduate and later worked their way up to Assistant Manager from July 2006 to January 2010.

Manish Sharma obtained a Chartered Accounting Graduate Diploma from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from CQUniversity from 2001 to 2003. Their high school education was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1985 to 1996, where they focused on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, and English.
