Dan Tracey

Dan Tracey has a diverse work experience. Dan is currently working as a Corporate Counsel - M&A at Affordable Care since 2021. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2021, they worked as a Corporate Attorney at Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP. In 2017, they also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina School of Law. Earlier in their career, from 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Associate in the Utility / Energy Group at FMI, where they provided strategic advice to utilities and energy companies. Before that, from 2006 to 2007, they held various roles in business development, sales management, recruiting, and new market development at Sageworks (now Abrigo), a financial analysis SaaS company.

Dan Tracey has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Dan also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a double major in Biology and History.
