Sheila Roberts has extensive experience in the senior care industry. Sheila worked as the Director of Resident Care at AlmaVia of San Rafael from 2015 to present. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Affordable Senior Care from 2009 to present. In this role, they supervised the operation of the company and prioritized and managed workload to deliver exceptional results for clients. Starting in 2004, Sheila worked at HomeInstead Senior Care as the Director of Client Services. Here, they supervised various teams and managed the recruiting, hiring, and training process for caregivers.
