Area Sales Head at Affordplan

Ashish Kadam began their work experience in 2011 as a System Engineer at Infosys. Ashish then transitioned into a Test Engineer role within the same company before leaving in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Emami Ltd, where they gained insight into FMCG business operations and market behavior. From 2017 to 2019, Ashish held roles at Garware Technical Fibres Limited, including Management Trainee and Product Manager. In these positions, they conducted market research, developed marketing strategies, and contributed to new product development. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an Area Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, overseeing B2C sales, managing a team, and maintaining customer relationships. Currently, Ashish is the Area Sales Head at AffordPlan.

Ashish Kadam has a solid educational background in business and engineering. Ashish obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Instrumentation from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Technology from 2007 to 2011.
