Shamanth Shankar started their work experience in 2014 with an internship at Yamaha Motor India Pvt. Ltd. From there, they moved on to Ziffi.com in 2014 as a Relationship Manager, where they focused on generating leads, building relationships, and resolving issues for spas and salons. In 2016, they became a Territory Manager at Ziffi.com, where their responsibilities included driving sales strategies and negotiating agreements. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of City Head at Ziffi.com, where they managed a team of relationship managers, handled day-to-day operations, and conducted market research. In 2018, Shamanth joined Nyletech Solutions Private Limited as a Sales Manager, leading a sales team and implementing sales strategies. Finally, in 2020, they became an Area Sales Manager at AffordPlan.

Shamanth Shankar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the MATS Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (MIME) between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Marketing from St. Aloysius College in Mangalore between 2011 and 2013.
