Matthew O'Neill has extensive experience in the finance and banking industry, currently holding the positions of COO & Head of Business Development - Banking, Asia Pacific at Citi. Matthew previously served as CFO in various sectors within the same company and also has experience in strategy and M&A. Matthew is currently involved in the Fintech sector as a Specialist at AFG Partners. Alongside their professional roles, Matthew also serves as an advisor and mentor at various venture groups. Matthew is a knowledgeable guest lecturer at the University of Virginia and holds a BS in Commerce and an MBA from Northwestern University. Their expertise lies in areas such as Fintech disruption strategies, Asian financial markets, and strategic growth frameworks in Asia.
