Legal and Compliance

The Legal and Compliance team at AFGE is responsible for ensuring that the union’s activities are in adherence with federal laws and regulations. This team provides legal counsel, handles fairness and equal employment opportunity (EEO) issues, supports litigation, and ensures compliance with labor practices to protect and advocate for the rights of AFGE members.
