Nox Mlalazi

Nox Mlalazi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 2023 onwards, they have worked as a Director at Hawkridge Capital, a Non Executive Director at AFGRI Operations Limited, and an Advisory Committee Member at Growthpoint Properties. Prior to that, they served as a Non Executive Director at Matla Partners. From 2020 to 2023, Nox worked as a Deal Executive at Athena Capital, where they were responsible for deal origination, investment appraisal, due diligence, deal execution, and investment management. Before that, they were a Fund Manager at Khulisa Investment Partners, where they established a venture capital fund structure and led private equity investment opportunities. Nox also has experience as an Equity Research Analyst at M&G Investments Southern Africa, covering global gold mining and base metals stocks. Nox began their career as an Associate and later Senior Associate in the Energy, Utilities, and Mining department at PwC South Africa.

Nox Mlalazi completed their matriculation at Crawford International in an unspecified year prior to 2010. They then attended the University of the Witwatersrand, where they pursued a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BAccSci) from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Nox Mlalazi completed a Higher Diploma of Accountancy in 2014 from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from SAICA in March 2018 and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in November 2019.
