Jon Dear

Jon Dear has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jon currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at AFH, a role they have held since December 2018. Prior to joining AFH, Jon served as the Group Director of Operations at LEBC Group from January 2021 to April 2022. Jon also served as the Chief Operating Officer - Protection Division at AFH Wealth Management from December 2018 to February 2020. Jon has also held various other positions throughout their career, including Group Operations Director at Tavistock Investments Plc from July 2016 to December 2018 and Partnerships & Member Engagement Director at Personal Finance Society from March 2020 to December 2020.
