Ariela Rubinchik

Ariela Rubinchik is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Afimilk Ltd. since January 2007, where Ariela leads all global and local HR activities. Prior to this role, Ariela was the HR Manager at Kibbutz Afikim from January 2002 to September 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Tel Aviv University, completed between 2006 and 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Emek Yizrael College, obtained from 2003 to 2006.
