Brian Ledwell

Brian Ledwell is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Tax Director - Reporting and Compliance at Afiniti since April 2022. Prior to this role, Brian was VP-Tax and Chief Financial Officer at Led Well Realty, where management of tax and financial recordkeeping supported significant revenue growth during a record-setting year in Houston's housing market. From June 2006 to January 2021, Brian held various positions at Helix Energy Solutions Group, ultimately serving as VP-Tax, where leadership during the pandemic and volatile oil prices was critical. Brian began his career at UHY Advisors, transitioning from Tax Manager to Senior Manager, and previously worked at PKF Texas in several tax roles. Brian holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
