Jay Duffy

Jay Duffy has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jay started their career at O2 UK, where they held positions such as Head of Retail Sales, Head of Telesales, and Head of Sales & For Life. In 2012, they joined Telefónica - O2 UK as the Head of Online Sales and Operations. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Sky as the Director of Sales Operations. In 2017, they joined Afiniti, where they served as the Director of Client Services and later became the Managing Director of Client Services. Jay then took on the role of General Manager UK before assuming their current role as the VP, Managing Director of Global Client Operations.

Jay Duffy attended St. Mary's College Liverpool between 1981 and 1988, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study.
