Jérôme de Castries has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jérôme joined Afiniti in 2015 and served as the Country Manager for France until 2018. Jérôme then became the Vice President of Global Business Development from 2018 to 2020. Following that, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Head of Insurance from 2020 to 2021. Jérôme subsequently transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager of North America from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager, overseeing Revenue, Operations, and Delivery at Afiniti.

In addition to Afiniti, Jérôme de Castries has been involved in various other organizations. Jérôme became a member of the Board at HEC Foundation and served on the Fundraising Committee starting in 2019. Jérôme also joined the Board of Association pour l’Aide aux Jeunes Infirmes (AAJI) | Ordre Saint-Jean de Dieu in the same year. Jérôme de Castries has an education history that includes a variety of fields of study. Jérôme obtained an Msc in Management with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in Management from HEC Paris. Jérôme'sstudies at the Université Paris-Sorbonne led to the completion of a Bachelor's degree in History. Jérôme also participated in a Study Abroad Program with HEC at Università Bocconi, where they studied Finance, General. Prior to these higher education pursuits, they completed Classes Préparatoires ECE specializing in Economics, Literature, Philosophy, and Mathematics at Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin. Finally, they received their Bacalauréat in the Filière ES from the same institution.
