Usman Bajwa

Usman Bajwa started their career in 2013 as an intern at Descon Engineering Limited. In 2015, they joined Afiniti as a Technical Support Team Lead, where they provided post-deployment support and handled customer services. In 2016, they became an Associate in the Data Analytics department at Afiniti, responsible for performance reporting and conducting custom analysis. Usman then progressed to the role of Senior Associate - Data Analytics in 2019, leading cross-functional projects and building data models and automation systems. Currently, as of March 2021, Usman holds the position of Data Team Lead at Afiniti, where they continue their work in data analysis and decision-making support.

Usman Bajwa earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mathematical Modelling and Simulations Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology from 2011 to 2015. Usman also obtained additional certifications in "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" and "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn, with the year of obtaining the certifications being 2023.
