Adnan Ghabris

Adnan Ghabris is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry and management. As the Chairman and Co-founder of AFKAR Ventures since September 2020, and CEO & Managing Director of Excella MENA DMCC since September 2019, Adnan has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Adnan served as CEO & MD at National Petroleum Services from January 2008 to June 2018, and held the position of Vice President at Schlumberger from April 1989 to April 2008. Adnan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University (1980-1983) and a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Kuwait University.
