Christie Bieber

Christie Bieber, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christie began their career as a Legislative Aide in the Virginia House of Delegates, where they represented Delegates in meetings, drafted legislation, and managed correspondence. Christie then moved on to work as the Director of Development at C.Bieber Consulting, where they created and implemented fundraising strategies for political campaigns and leadership PACs.

Bieber also served as the Office Administrator at ValleyCrest Companies, managing daily operations and excelling in administrative audits. Christie later worked as the Director of Finance at the Young Democrats of America, leading the planning and execution of national conferences and conventions and ensuring financial compliance.

In their role as Chief of Operations at the American Civil War Museum, Bieber oversaw the construction of a new museum and facilitated strategic planning and change management. Christie then served as the Deputy Director at CodeVA, a nonprofit organization focused on computer science education, where they provided strong leadership and managed a team of 10 employees.

Most recently, Bieber worked as the Strategic Advisor at C.Bieber Consulting, analyzing business operations and revenue sources to provide diversification strategies and government advocacy for clients. Currently, they hold the position of Technology Institute Director of Finance and Operations at AFL-CIO. Throughout their career, Bieber has demonstrated leadership, finance, and operational skills, as well as a strong commitment to nonprofit and political organizations.

Christie Bieber, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Randolph College from 1998 to 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies.
