The Policy and Advocacy team at AFL-CIO is dedicated to advancing the rights and interests of working people through strategic legislative initiatives and grassroots campaigns. This team conducts research, analyzes health and civil rights policies, and coordinates political efforts to influence decision-makers on issues affecting workers.
