Stacie Stephens Capers, M.A., is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in training and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Leadership Learning and Development Consultant and Quality Trainer for Group Insurance at Aflac since August 2021, Stacie also holds roles at the University of South Carolina, where responsibilities include curriculum development and training facilitation for various departments, impacting over 350 employees annually.
