Heidi Epley

Heidi Epley currently serves as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Afni, Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Heidi gained extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc. in various capacities related to Human Resources from October 2010 to November 2023. Earlier, Heidi worked at State Farm Insurance focusing on Internal Communications from June 2004 to October 2010 and held the position of Editor at Midwestern Family Magazine from January 2007 to December 2009. Heidi Epley holds a Master of Science in Technical Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in English, both from Illinois State University, completing the latter in December 2004 and the former in December 2011.
