Perla Asistin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Perla currently holds the position of Global Senior Director for BI, CX, and Analytics at Afni, Inc., starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TELUS International where they served as the Global Director for Operational Excellence from March 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they were the Global Sr. Manager of Business Process Excellence from May 2020 to March 2021 and the APAC Regional Business Process Excellence Sr. Manager from March 2018 to May 2020.

In 2015, Perla worked at Accenture as an Associate Manager - Business Excellence from November 2015 to September 2017. Perla started their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2010, where they held multiple roles including Service Quality Lead - Delivery Excellence from May 2012 to November 2015 and Training Specialist - TELCO Operations from December 2010 to May 2012. Furthermore, they gained valuable experience as a Service Desk Officer during an internship at Grand Hotel in Michigan, USA, from May 2010 to October 2010. Perla has a strong background in process compliance, quality management, and operational excellence, holding certifications in Lean and Green Belt Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor, and ITIL V3.

Perla Asistin, LSS - Master Black Belt, MDC, has a strong educational background and a wealth of certifications. Perla completed a post-graduate course in Economic Analytics at Gdańsk University of Technology from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Communication, General from the University of the Philippines, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management was obtained from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde from 2007 to 2010. Furthermore, Perla has obtained several certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, Communication Industry Generalist Business Advisor, ITIL V3, Risk Management in BPO, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
