VINCIGUERRA Florence currently serves as an Auditrice for labels d'état Diversité et Egalité professionnelle at AFNOR Certification since January 2021. Florence has been actively involved in the IFT - Institut de la Formation et du Tutorat since its inception in 2016, holding the position of Gerante, following seven years of experience with 1 2 3 Formation. Additionally, since August 2009, Florence has been a Dirigeante at IFT, also directing Formation et Conseil with 123 FORMAT +. Florence's recent role includes serving as the Coordinatrice du Dispositif Alerte Discrimination at Groupe Hospitalier Sud Ile de France from September 2019 until August 2024, overseeing the response and coordination of a discrimination alert system.
