Dawn Kewan

Dawn Kewan serves as the VP of Shareholder Services at Afognak Native Corporation, a position held since June 2021, having previously worked in various roles within the same company, including Director of Shareholder Services and Compliance Manager & Paralegal. Additionally, Dawn co-owns Whale Pass Lodge in Kodiak, AK, since May 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Compliance Director at LEISNOI INC from December 2018 to May 2021 and holding multiple positions, such as Corporate & Shareholder Records Director and Corporate Records Manager, at Koniag, Inc. from September 2009 to December 2018. Dawn began a professional career at Afognak Native Corporation as Sr. Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant/Receptionist from December 2002 to September 2009. Education includes a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay, a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a business emphasis from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and an Associate degree in Arts & Science from Everett Community College.
