Harsha T has a diverse work experience in various roles. Harsha started their career in 2014 as a Production Engineer at ENMAS O & M Services Private Limited, where they focused on ensuring the smooth running of the production process. In 2017, they moved on to Sri Venkateshwara Engineering as a Project Engineer, where they developed products based on market requirements and resolved customer technical issues. In 2018, they joined Jeeves Consumer Services, a Flipkart Group Company, as a Quality Department Specialist, leading a team of 50 members to streamline quality processes. Currently, they work as a Quality Head at Aforeserve.Com Ltd.

Harsha T attended Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
