Kelly Hughes

Kelly Hughes is currently the owner and coach of Tidal Beach Volleyball Club LLC in Alexandria, Virginia, providing coaching and athletic mentorship for young athletes new to the sport of beach volleyball. Kelly has a Master's degree in Quantitative Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Carson-Newman University. Prior to owning the volleyball club, Kelly worked as a Lead Data Scientist at AForge LLC and held various roles in analytics and program development at companies like Booz Allen Hamilton, Blackfin Offshore, and USA Baseball. Kelly also gained experience in research and development analysis for the Carson-Newman University Baseball Team. At RENEWING HEARTS FAMILY COUNSELING, LLC, Kelly worked as a Business Intern, assisting with day-to-day business operations.
