Esteban Villaseca

Esteban Villaseca is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in IT management and digital innovation across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at AFP HABITAT since January 2021, Esteban previously held the position of CIO at ENAP from January 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing digital innovation and IT operations across four countries and developing a comprehensive Technology Business Plan. At Empresas Iansa, from November 2012 to December 2015, Esteban transformed the company’s IT structure to an agile model focused on optimization and established an IT Governance model. Prior experience includes roles at IBM as Client Solution Executive and at SAP in various capacities, including Business Solution Advisor and Value Engineering Consultant. Educational credentials encompass a Master in Engineering Sciences and a Civil Industrial Engineer degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, along with participation in the Business Insight Program at Harvard Club of Boston.
